free over-the-phone bracketed cost. Option #2 Our in-home consultation. This service includes an estimate with accurate measurements, solid scope of the work, meeting all decision-makers, and creating a formal binding customized estimate. For this elevated service, we have a minimal fee of $100. *This fee is 100% refundable upon acceptance of our formal estimate. This covers our knowledge, time, research, etc...
